Dinosaur Jr. play the entire Bug LP start to finish on this extremely limited, vinyl only release. Recorded in June 2011 at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC and mastered for vinyl, with cover art by Marq Spusta. Through an online contest, six fans were selected to film Dinosaur Jr. performing Bug in its entirety at the 930 Club in Washington, DC in June 2011. Under the awesome direction of Dave Markey (The Year Punk Broke), “In the Hands of the Fans” brings the fans closer to the band and the music closer to you. The show will be released on February 21, 2012, and is now available on Amazon in both DVD & Blu-Ray formats.

The soundtrack for the new movie Young Adult starring Charlize Theron and Patton Oswalt includes Dinosaur Jr.’s “Feel The Pain”. The album will be released Dec. 6th but you can pre-order through Amazon HERE.

Sold as a 3-album custom wooden box set, the cassette trilogy includes Dinosaur Jr.’s first three albums: 1985′s Dinosaur, 1987′s You’re Living All Over Me and 1988′s Bug. Limited to a one-time release of 500 hand-numbered copies, the Dinosaur Jr. cassette Trilogy is packaged in a custom built screen printed wooden box featuring the classic “monster” artwork. The individual cassettes are manufactured on high quality chrome tape with purple, black and white shells. Each are individually wrapped with 8 panel original artwork. Click HERE for more info.

Slated for release on June 21, the cassette reissue coincides with the band’s US/European tour in which Bug will be performed in its entirety. Originally released in 1988 via SST, this is the first ever reissue of a Dinosaur Jr. album on its original cassette format. The Bug cassette is limited to only 250 hand-numbered copies, on high-quality purple tapes, with 8-panel original artwork. The release sold out in pre-sales in one day but a limited number will also be available at upcoming shows while supplies last.

Jagjaguwar will reissue the band’s first three albums on vinyl, Dinosaur, You’re Living All Over Me and Bug, on October 4th, 2011. Originally released on Homestead and SST labels in the 1980’s, the reissues stay true to form and include the cardinal track lists.

The Dinosaur Jr. songs “The Wagon” and “Pick Me Up” are now available for download in the Rock Band music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii. “Feel The Pain” was also included in Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour.
